Registration fees
A 50% discount on the second paper is available for participants registering two accepted papers, provided both papers are authored by the same individual who will also be the sole attendee. To request the discount, please complete the registration for the first paper and then contact us at [email protected].

Accepted Authors
who wish to upload the Camera-ready version are advised to read the Camera-ready procedure carefully before proceeding with the Registration.
Important notes:
- Refunds and invoice amendments are subject to a processing fee.
- You can benefit from EAI member rates by becoming a member. EAI Membership is free.
Workshop/ Industry Track – Registration Policy:
Authors of Workshop/ Industry track papers are required to register under the Author Registration Package. These papers are included as sub‑chapters in the conference proceedings and indexed in the same way as main track papers; therefore, the same registration rules and fees apply.
Hybrid Conference Format
EAI MobiQuitous 2026 conference will be held in a hybrid format. Kindly ensure that you select your correct attendance mode (onsite or online) during registration.
