Mobiquitous 2009 attendees who require a "conference invitation" letter should issue their request to the Local Arrangements Chair, . Please mention "Mobiquitous 2009 Invitation Letter Request" in the subject of the email. The request for invitation letter should include the following information:

Complete name of attendee, full address and telephone number
Date of birth.
Institution to which attendee belongs
If author, title and number of paper (in either the conference or associated workshops)
Confirmation that the attendee has registered for the conference
Details on accommodation
Arrival and departure dates to and from Canada
Nationality and Passport #
(Preferable) A scanned copy of the first page of your passport

Invitation letters will be sent out by Dr. Eklund via email. It is the prerogative of the Canadian authorities to grant or deny a travel visa; Mobiquitous has no responsibility for or control over such travel requests.
