Camera-ready Paper Submission
Guidelines
The camera-ready paper is due ***June 5th, 2009***. The submission of camera-ready papers and copyright forms, as well as conference registration will be done through the ASSYST system. Conference registration is required to upload paper. Authors of accepted papers (both conference and workshop papers) will receive a separate email with password inviting them to upload the camera-ready paper. Authors should prepare an Acrobat (PDF) version of their full paper. Camera-ready papers for both the workshops and the main conference must have a font size of 10 pts and should be prepared using the Latex or Microsoft Word Templates found at: https://www.ieee.org , under “Template for all Transactions (except IEEE Transactions on Magnetics)” section. Papers for the main conference must not exceed 12 pages double column (US Letter size, 8.5 x 11 inches) including text, figures and references—additional per-page charges apply for the 11th and 12th pages.
Note that the camera-ready paper MUST be IEEE Xplore compliant (as all papers are required to be indexed in IEEE Xplore) to be included in the Proceedings. Authors should use the free IEEE PDF eXpress tool at https://www.pdf-express.org/, to convert their manuscripts to Xplore-compliant PDF format.
