Call for Workshop Proposals
Introduction
The EAI MobiQuitous 2026 Organising Committee invites proposals for the workshop program of the International Conference on Mobile and Ubiquitous Systems: Computing, Networking and Services. Workshops provide a forum for discussing emerging research directions, work-in-progress, and interdisciplinary topics within ubiquitous computing.
We particularly encourage proposals that explore novel, high-risk ideas and cross-cutting themes that are not yet mature for full conference tracks but fall within the scope of EAI MobiQuitous. Submissions from international and multidisciplinary organizing teams are strongly encouraged to ensure diverse perspectives and foster community building. We aim to curate a balanced workshop program spanning a wide range of themes.
We aim for a balanced workshop program offering a diverse set of themes.

The criteria for assessment will include:

- Quality and novelty of the proposed topic
- Degree of interactivity and participant engagement
Workshop organizers are expected to:
- Publicize the workshop and disseminate the CFP
- Set up and maintain a workshop website
- Manage the submission and review process
- Coordinate with conference organizers and publication chairs
- Ensure inclusion of accepted papers in proceedings
- Organize and actively run the workshop

Accepted and presented workshop papers will be published alongside the main conference proceedings as a sub-section/chapter. Paper formats should, therefore, correspond to the templates of the publisher of the main conference.
